Ingredients
1 package (16oz) lean turkey burger patties
4 hamburger buns
1 bag bacon and bleu salad kit
2 mini containers (2 oz each) chunky avocado
2 refrigerated hard-cooked eggs, sliced crosswise
Slice tomato for serving (optional)
Directions

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of the patties and cut the sides of the buns with cooking spray. 2. Prepare salad as the label directs. Makes about 3 cups.

3. Spread cut sides of bottom buns with avocado; top with burgers, eggs, 1 cup salad, and top bun, cut side down. Serve burgers with the remaining 2 cups of salad.
